The closest airport to HpaAn is Yangon International Airport. After landing, visitors will have to make the journey overland to reach HpaAn.

From Other Cities: Bus services are also available from other major cities like Mandalay and Bagan, but the travel time will be significantly longer.
For more privacy and convenience, hiring a car or taxi is a good option, albeit more expensive. The drive from Yangon takes approximately 5-6 hours.
