Best Time To Visit Mitra's Ranch (Puerto Princesa) In 2026 - 2027

Visit Mitra's Ranch in Puerto Princesa

If you're planning a trip to Mitra's Ranch in Puerto Princesa, Philippines, the ideal time to visit is during the dry season, which runs from October to May. During these months, the weather is predominantly sunny and warm, making it perfect for outdoor activities. Mitra's Ranch offers a panoramic view of Puerto Princesa, and the dry season provides the clearest skies for the best viewing experience. Late mornings or early afternoons are generally the best times to enjoy the view, as the sun is not too high, and the light is great for taking photos.

The ranch tends to be less crowded during weekdays, particularly from Tuesday to Thursday, allowing visitors to enjoy the attraction without the hustle and bustle of large tour groups. Keep in mind that the holiday season, particularly in December and around the Holy Week (around March or April), can draw more tourists to the area, which might affect your experience with more crowds and potentially higher prices for local accommodations. Hence, plan your visit outside of these peak times if you prefer a quieter experience. Additionally, make sure to check the weather forecast before you go, as occasional rain showers can occur even during the dry season.
