Reaching Römerberg and Römer in Frankfurt, Germany

Römerberg is the historic heart of Frankfurt and a popular destination for tourists. The Römer, which is Frankfurt's old city hall, is one of the iconic buildings located on this public square.

By Air

Frankfurt Airport (Flughafen Frankfurt am Main) is the main international airport serving Frankfurt and is one of the busiest in the world. Upon arrival, you can take:

• S-Bahn (local train): Take lines S8 or S9 towards Offenbach Ost or Hanau Hauptbahnhof and alight at Frankfurt Hauptwache station. From there, Römerberg is a short walk away.
