Best Time To Visit Al Noor Mosque (Sharjah) In 2026 - 2027

Best Time to Visit Al Noor Mosque in Sharjah, UAE

The ideal time to visit the Al Noor Mosque in Sharjah is during the cooler months of the year, which typically range from November to March. During this period, the weather is pleasant, with average temperatures ranging from 18°C to 25°C (64°F to 77°F), allowing for a comfortable experience exploring the mosque's intricate architecture and beautiful surroundings. Visiting early in the morning or late in the afternoon is recommended, as these times offer soft lighting that is excellent for photography and less crowded moments for a more spiritual and contemplative visit.

Ramadan, the holy month of fasting for Muslims, may also be a particularly significant time to experience Al Noor Mosque due to the unique spiritual atmosphere and the various religious activities taking place. However, non-Muslims are not allowed to visit the mosque during prayer times, and access may be more restricted. If you plan to visit during Ramadan, check the mosque's visitation schedule for non-prayers or opt for a guided tour which is sometimes offered outside prayer times. Regardless of your visit, it's important to dress modestly, covering arms, legs, and head (for women), out of respect for the mosque's religious significance.
