Best Time To Visit Chaojing Park (Keelung) In 2026 - 2027

Best Time to Visit Chaojing Park, Keelung, Taiwan

Visiting Chaojing Park, located in the northern coastal city of Keelung, Taiwan, is a delightful experience that can vary greatly depending on the time of year. The park, known for its stunning ocean views and reclaimed industrial landscape, is most pleasant during the fall months, from September to November. During this period, the weather in Keelung is generally mild with less rainfall compared to other months, making it an ideal time for outdoor activities. The comfortable temperatures allow visitors to enjoy the park's open-air museums, art installations, and scenic walking paths without the discomfort of summer heat or the unpredictability of rain showers.

Spring, particularly from March to May, can also be a good time to visit Chaojing Park. While occasional spring showers are present, the blooming flowers and greenery offer a refreshing backdrop for photographs and sightseeing. However, it's worth noting that during the traditional holiday of Tomb Sweeping Day in early April, many locals travel and popular tourist spots may be busier than usual. Whether you choose to bask in the temperate bliss of fall or embrace the rejuvenating ambiance of spring, ensuring you check the local weather forecast before planning your trip can greatly enhance your visit to Chaojing Park.
