Best Time To Visit Ciputra Waterpark (Surabaya) In 2026 - 2027

Best Time to Visit Ciputra Waterpark, Surabaya, Indonesia

Surabaya, known for its tropical climate, has hot and humid weather throughout the year with occasional rain. The ideal time to visit Ciputra Waterpark would be during the dry season, which spans from May to September. During these months, the weather is relatively more comfortable with lower humidity and minimal rainfall, allowing for a more enjoyable experience at the waterpark. The sun shines brightly, so visitors can fully take advantage of all the outdoor activities without the hindrance of rain. Moreover, since it coincides with the summer holidays, it can be a perfect opportunity for family outings.

However, considering it is peak season, the waterpark can be quite crowded, especially on weekends. For those who prefer a less crowded environment, going on a weekday is advisable. It is also worth noting that Surabaya sometimes experiences occasional rain even during the dry season, so checking the weather forecast before planning your visit could prove beneficial. To avoid the scorching midday sun, visiting the waterpark in the early morning or later in the afternoon is recommended as the sun is not as intense, thus ensuring a more comfortable and refreshing experience.
