By Train

The easiest way to get to Fushimi Inari Shrine is by train. The nearby station is Inari Station on the JR Nara Line. It's just two stops from Kyoto Station. Once you arrive at Inari Station, the entrance to Fushimi Inari Shrine is just across the street.

By Kyoto Subway

You can also use the Kyoto Subway. Take the Keihan Main Line to Fushimi-Inari Station. From there, the shrine is about a 5-minute walk away.

By Bus

Buses are another option, though not as convenient as trains. You can catch a Kyoto City Bus from Kyoto Station. Look for numbers 5 or 105 and get off at the Inari Taisha Mae stop. Note that this may take significantly longer than the train.
