This unique body of water is surrounded by sand dunes and is accessible only via four-wheel drive (4WD) vehicles due to the off-road conditions. Here's how you can reach this stunning destination:

From Doha:

• Self-Drive: Rent a 4WD and drive towards Mesaieed. Continue on the Salwa Road towards Abu Samra. Once you reach Mesaieed, follow the signs to Sealine Beach Resort. From there, drive off-road or join a convoy. Only experienced drivers should attempt this due to the challenging dunes.
• Guided Tour: Book a tour with a reputable company offering desert safaris to Khor Al Adaid. This is the recommended option as it ensures safety and provides an informative experience.

By Bus:

• There are no direct bus services to Khor Al Adaid. Visitors will need to reach Mesaieed by bus and then use a rented 4WD or join a guided tour to reach the Inland Sea.

By Taxi or Ride-Sharing Services:

• You can hire a taxi or use ride-sharing services like Uber or Careem to reach Sealine Beach Resort in Mesaieed, from where you can transition to a 4WD vehicle to continue to the Inland Sea. Keep in mind that standard vehicles are not suitable for the sandy terrain beyond this point.

Tips for Visiting Khor Al Adaid:

• Ensure your vehicle is equipped with all essentials for off-road driving, such as a spare tire, tow rope, shovel, and air compressor.
• Check the tide times before you set off, as high tides can make certain areas difficult to navigate.
• Consider visiting during the cooler months from November to early April.
• Always travel with plenty of water and supplies, as there are no facilities in the immediate vicinity of Khor Al Adaid.
