How To Reach Kecharis Monastery

Traveling to Kecharis Monastery in Tsaghkadzor, Armenia

By Air:

International visitors can fly into Zvartnots International Airport (EVN) in Yerevan, Armenia's capital. From there, the monastery is approximately 60 km north.

By Road:

Visitors can rent a car, take a taxi, or use public transportation from Yerevan. The journey by car usually takes around 1 hour.

  • Taxi: Taxis can be hired directly from the airport or through a taxi app. Be sure to agree on the fare beforehand or ensure the meter is running.
