Little Adam's Peak is a picturesque hike located in the small town of Ella, in the Badulla District of Sri Lanka. It is named after the holy Adam’s Peak (Sri Pada) where the footprint of the Buddha is preserved and which is a more arduous climb. Little Adam’s Peak promises a short but exciting trek. The path is marked with lush tea plantations, rubber trees, and local flora, which create an evergreen environment and provide a soothing journey. At 1,141 meters above sea level, it is not a strenuous hike and is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, making it a popular spot for both tourists and locals. The summit offers spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, including the rolling green valleys and towering cliffs. A likeness to an elephant's back gave rise to another name by which this peak is known, 'Punchi Sri Pada,' reinforcing its connection to the larger, more significant peak. Enchanting views, particularly at dawn, add to the serene vibe and the photo opportunities are endless, capturing the essence of Sri Lanka’s natural beauty.
The view were amazing!
Little Adam's Peak is a popular hiking destination in Ella.
This short and sweet hike in Sri Lanka takes you up to the perfect viewpoint just outside of town, and is an ideal..
Adam’s Peak is amazing but ( Ella flower garden resort and restaurant) is not worth it
We hiked and enjoyed Adam’s view point but The restaurant at the main road ( Ella flower garden restaurant) is the worst
Over rated and unprofessional

An achievement
Great Walk and experience lucky to be entertained at the top with some young lads singing and dancing. Unfortunately didn't get a view as had very low cloud

Disappointing in terms of hike. Acceptable if you are there for the Instagram pics for sunrise…
I can’t say that this is something special as Little Adam’s Peak at sunrise is more of an Instagram attraction. Go there for the few IG pics and that’s it. Nice to do when in Ella, but in terms of hik..
Didn't bother going there. Was past the zip line and just didn;t seem worth the effort. Maybe we were being unkind. Do your research and check if it's worth it.
