More of a hyper market
It is not a mall. It's a hyper market. Lulu mall is in dibba and an hour away from Fujairah city. We were staying in Radisson blu Fujairah and since there were very limited good options in hotel we went to lulu thinking it's a mall. Only food place was KFC in lulu and one coffee shop on first floor. For shopping it is a good place like a regular lulu.
