Cust Experience at its BEST
It is sad to see others review not quite bring favor for this mall. I couldn't agree more as I had experienced a few of what they mentioned. Though I do have one particular experience of a great customer service and that is when I purchased an item in The Planet Traveller for a an additional luggage which I will be needing to my next trip. A little pricey but one particular experience was when I was assisted by one of their staff. I think she was one of the officer and remembering her name ms. Claire. I personally a person who would buy things out of it's features and benefit and not the appearance, and I am quiet surprised that Claire had a handful of knowledge for their products that they are selling. Not only it stopped their as she even provide other options for me to consider and she would really ask me questions relating to what I was looking for and how it will be use. This is very rare to most the sales personnel not only in the mall but even in restaurants or what have you. It was a great customer experience as all of the questions that I have well thought of the day before landing in that store stayed in my head. She is good in taking it out from me, so transaction went smooth and it became an easy decision for me what to buy. TRAVELLER bosses, she should be 1 level higher from her current position now. You all need an employee like such. Hope this breaks the trend review for the Paragon shopping mall itself. My rating of 4/5 is for my experience with the Planet Traveller particularly to their officer in charge, Claire.
