Amazing concierge service!
I would like to commend the concierge service at Ion Orchard I experienced on 15 May 2024 in the afternoon! I regret not asking for the concierge’s name as I was in a hurry and only caught a quick glance at his name tag. I think it’s Abdul Hafiz or Abdul Haikal. Thank you so much! Your service is impeccable! I was with my mom and sister and 3 babies in prams. We waited for the lift on B2 for a long time as the lift was always packed with people who could have taken the escalators. We have 2 prams in tow and stocked waiting lift after lift until my sister’s baby was crying. Luckily Concierge Abdul H was nearby and I approached him. I asked him if there was an alternate lift to the street level as we urgently need to get moving. We were headed to Far East Plaza. He wasted no time and eagerly escorted us all the way to the other lift (we passed by Popeyes) , took the lift to B1 and out to the MRT underpass. At Smiggle, he made sure we knew which lift to take up to the street level before parting ways, then gave clear directions to get to FarEast Plaza. He did that sincerely with a smile on his face. What was a frustrating experience at Ion Orchard quickly turned into a memorable one. We were in awed by the extra mile of his service! Their concierge is truly unmatched! Please give Abdul H my thanks and possibly a promotion! So that many aspiring concierge can learn from him!
