For those traveling by air, the nearest airport to Rangamati is Shah Amanat International Airport in Chittagong. Once you land, you can hire a car or take a bus to Rangamati. The journey by road may take around 2 to 3 hours, depending on traffic conditions.
If you're traveling from Dhaka, there are several options to reach Rangamati by road. You can take a direct bus from Dhaka to Rangambi which usually takes around 7 to 8 hours. Bus services like Shyamoli NR, Saudia, and Saintmartin Paribahan are popular among travelers.
An alternative and scenic route would be to travel by water if you have arrived at Chittagong. From Chittagong, take a boat ride on the Kaptai Lake which will offer you a tranquil experience and a different perspective of the region's beauty.
