Rajbari National Park, also known as Trishna Wildlife Sanctuary, is a significant ecological habitat located in Dharmanagar of Tripura, India. This park is spread over an area of approximately 31.63 square kilometers. It was originally established as a wildlife sanctuary in 1988 and later converted to a national park. The sanctuary is well known for its lush biodiversity and is home to various species of flora and fauna. Visitors can find a diverse range of vegetation ranging from tropical moist deciduous to evergreen forests. The park hosts the unique spectacle of Indian Bison (Gaur) along with primates like the capped langurs and golden langurs. There are also numerous species of birds, which makes it a haven for bird watchers. Rajbari offers lush greenery, tranquil water bodies, and an opportunity for wildlife sighting, thus making it an excellent location for nature enthusiasts and photographers. The sanctuary also focuses on the conservation of the Gaur and has a research and breeding program for the species.
