Rukmini Nati is a historical fort located in Roing, in the Lower Dibang Valley of Arunachal Pradesh, India. It is also known as the 'Rukmini Fort' and carries with it a wealth of historical and cultural significance. The ruins of the fort are thought to date back to the 14th century and are associated with the medieval period of the Chutia Kingdom. Though much of the fort now lies in ruins, it continues to be an architectural marvel, hinting at the engineering skills of the era. The remaining structures and the archaeological finds around the area give insights into the lives of the people who once thrived in this part of Northeast India. Surrounded by lush greenery and overlooking the serene valley, Rukmini Nati offers visitors picturesque landscapes as well as a glimpse into the region's past. It is believed that the fort was named after Rukmini, the wife of Lord Krishna, adding a mystical dimension to the site. However, research and exploration of its history and origins continue.

This is a very important historical site built by the Chutia kings of Assam. It was a fortified fort which probably was built for defense purposes. It has three large walls intact in three directions.
