Mehao Wildlife Sanctuary, located in the Lower Dibang Valley district of Arunachal Pradesh, India, is a biodiversity hotspot teeming with a range of flora and fauna. Spread across approximately 281.5 square kilometers, it was established in 1980 to preserve the rich ecological heritage and diverse wildlife of the region. The sanctuary is encompassed by the Mishmi Hills and is home to numerous species including the clouded leopard, Mishmi takin, red panda, and hoolock gibbon. The terrain is a mix of tropical and subtropical forests, with an elevation ranging from 400 to 3568 meters above sea level. This variation in altitude provides for a unique climate and varied habitats within the sanctuary. Mehao Lake, situated within the sanctuary, is a stunning natural lake that adds to the scenic beauty of the place. The lush greenery, coupled with the serene ambience, makes it an ideal spot for nature lovers and wildlife enthusiasts. While Going to Amazing Anini we visited this wild life century but didn't find much animals Of course we didn't enter very densely.

Arunachal trip
It situated just after Roing,nice place for a picnic with family on the bank of river.It is on the way of mayodia pass.It gives some beautiful natural view for click.

Average place but with good views
It is very near to Roing, has nothing special to offer. But nature lovers and photo enthusiasts will enjoy the views here. It has lots of photo opportunities.
