The area around Tad Fane is also known for its diverse range of flora and fauna, which includes rare and endangered species. Visitors can enjoy several activities like trekking, zip-lining, and exploring the surrounding countryside, which is dotted with minority villages and other waterfalls. There is also a resort near the falls, offering spectacular views and a place to relax. The site is easily accessible from Pakse and is a popular spot for nature lovers and adventure seekers.
