Ahmad Yani International Airport (SRG) is the main airport that serves the city of Semarang. Upon arriving at the airport, you can opt for a taxi, ride-hailing app such as Grab or Gojek, or airport shuttle service to reach Taman Budaya Raden Saleh. The cultural park is approximately 9 kilometers away, which can be a 20-30 minutes journey depending on traffic conditions.
Semarang has two main railway stations: Semarang Tawang and Semarang Poncol. From either of these stations, you can take a city taxi or rideshare service to reach Taman Budaya Raden Saleh in about 15-25 minutes depending on your station of arrival and traffic.
If you are coming from other cities on Java Island, buses are a good option. Buses arrive at Semarang’s Terboyo or Bawen bus terminals. From there, you can get a taxi or rideshare to Taman Budaya Raden Saleh.
Trans Semarang is the city's bus rapid transit system. It does have routes that pass near the park via certain corridors. Taking the bus might be an economical choice, but it can be more time consuming due to the multiple stops.
If you prefer to drive, rental cars are available at the airport or through local providers in the city. Use GPS navigation and set Taman Budaya Raden Saleh as your destination.
