Food History of Vank Cathedral, Isfahan, Iran

Isfahan has been a melting pot of ethnicities and religions, including a significant Armenian presence since the cathedral's construction in the 17th century. This influenced the local cuisine, making it diverse and vibrant. Persian cuisine is predominant, with a variety of dishes based on rice, meats (typically chicken, fish, and lamb), vegetables, and nuts.
