Day 1: Arrival srinagar - Sonamarg
Upon arrival meet our representative and proceed to Sonamarg. The drive to Sonamarg is through the Sindh Valley. Situated at an altitude of 2730 meters, Sonamarg (The meadow of gold). Ponies can be hired for the trip up to Thajiwas glacier, which is a major local attraction during the summer months. Sonamarg is the base of a major trek that passes along several mountain lakes – Vishansar, Kishansar, Gadsar, Satsar and Gangabal. Sonamarg is also the takeoff station for the drive to Ladakh across the Zojila, a major pass in the Great Himalayan Range, through which the Srinagar-Leh Road passes. In the evening drive back to Srinagar. Dinner and overnight stay in Hotel at Sonamarg.
Day 2: Sonamarg - Darshan
Amarnath yatra is the most revered pilgrimage in Hinduism, one which every Hindu aspires to embark on once in his lifetime. This religious Yatra is organized every year to the great Himalayas, by the government of Jammu and Kashmir. The Amarnath tour is attended by thousands of domestic and international devotees. Day 4: srinagar - pahalgam
After Breakfast drive to Pahalgam Valley of Shepherds. In Pahalgam enjoy the nature and admire the beauty of this quiet place and be in awe of the serene surroundings. One can also enjoy a pony ride to Baisran or can hire a local taxi to visit Aru, Chandanwadi (on a direct hire basis) or if you are an avid nature lover you may take pleasure in a peaceful walk along the River Lidder.Pahalgam is famous for some trekking routes also & is the base camp for Amarnath Pilgrimage Dinner and overnight stay in hotel at srinagar
Day 5: Srinagar - Gulmarg
After breakfast drive to Gulmarg Meadow of Flowers 2730 Mts. above sea level. The distance of 54 kms will be covered in about 2 hrs. Gulmarg has one of the best Ski slopes in the world and highest golf course of the world with 18 holes. One can also have the view of Nanga Parbhat if weather permits. The view enroute from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is fascinating. One can also have a short trek upto Khilanmarg which can be covered in about 3 to 4 hrs or enjoy the scenic view of Kongdori on a Cable Car Known as Gondola (on direct pay basis). Day 6: Srinagar to onwards Destination
