Buddha Park, also known as Tathagata Tsal, is situated in Ravangla, a small town in South Sikkim, India. The park was established to mark the 2550th birth anniversary of Lord Buddha and has since become a significant landmark for both pilgrims and tourists. The centerpiece of the park is a majestic 130-foot high statue of the Buddha, which is visible from far and wide, symbolizing peace and prosperity. The statue is set against the backdrop of the Himalayas, offering breathtaking views. The site also features beautifully landscaped gardens, a museum, and a meditation center. The museum inside the park houses detailed information on the life of Buddha and the religion of Buddhism. The park's serene environment makes it an ideal place for meditation and contemplation. Visitor facilities including a café and clean restrooms are available, ensuring a comfortable visit.

Tallest Buddha Statue in India.
Tallest Buddha statue in India. It looks HEAVENLY. This was not in my itinerary. I paid extra and went here. Video called my parents from here. One of the greatest moments of my Sikkim Trip.
