How to Reach Hong Kong Museum of History

By MTR (Mass Transit Railway)

Take the Tsuen Wan Line or West Rail Line to MTR East Tsim Sha Tsui Station.
Exit the station at Exit J and follow the signs to the museum.

By Bus

Several buses stop near the museum, including routes 5, 5A, 8, 8P, 9, 28, 30X, 35A, 41A, 81C, 87D, 91, 208, and others.
Look for stops around Science Museum Road or Chatham Road South.

By Taxi

Admission Information

Admission to the Hong Kong Museum of History is free for permanent exhibitions. There may be charges for special exhibitions.

Opening Hours

The museum is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekends and public holidays. It is closed on Tuesdays (except public holidays) and the first two days of the Chinese New Year.
