If you are coming from outside of Japan, the nearest airport is Kansai International Airport (KIX). From KIX, take a limousine bus to Sannomiya Station, which takes about 65 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the JR train to Sannomiya Station which will take about 90 minutes, depending on the service.

From other locations within Japan, you can fly into Kobe Airport, from where you can take the Port Liner to Sannomiya Station in roughly 18 minutes.
