Johor Bahru City Square is well connected by road. If you are coming from Kuala Lumpur, you can drive on the North–South Expressway (NSE) which takes about 3 to 4 hours. Long-distance buses from various parts of Malaysia will drop passengers at JB Sentral or Larkin Bus Terminal. From there, local buses or a short taxi ride can get you to Johor Bahru City Square.
The Shuttle Tebrau operated by Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTMB) connects Singapore and Johor Bahru with a short 5-minute journey. Disembark at JB Sentral which is just a walking distance to City Square.
If you're in Singapore, City Square is just a walking distance away after crossing the Causeway. An overhead bridge with travelators connects JB Sentral directly to City Square, providing a comfortable walk.
