Kata Noi Beach is a picturesque coastal gem located on the west coast of Phuket Island in Thailand. Enveloped by lush green hills and crystal clear turquoise waters, Kata Noi stretches over a peaceful, intimate cove, making it an idyllic spot for relaxation and sunbathing. The beach spans about 700 meters, boasting fine white sand and a serene ambiance, distinct from the more bustling spots on the island. The gently sloping seabed and clear water conditions favor swimming and snorkeling, particularly at the southern end where coral reefs teem with marine life. Kata Noi is less commercialized than its larger neighbor, Kata Beach, hence providing a more secluded experience for those looking to escape the crowds. Along the beach, there are several high-end resorts, restaurants, and bars that cater to tourists without overwhelming the landscape. The beach is also known for its stunning sunsets, which paint the sky with hues of orange and pink each evening. Despite its tranquil nature, Kata Noi beach is easily accessible. It's popularity surges during the high season when the sea is calm, but the beach maintains a fairly laid-back atmosphere year-round.
Much quieter than Kata Beach, less sellers and the beach was clean and peaceful.
You could buy cold drinks and there was the few people selling nuts and corn and few other things being sold.
We hired..
We didn’t like this beach at all. Sadly it’s very crowded when we went and there were red flags saying that jelly fish are around.. we did saw lots of jelly fish in the sand and couple of pupper fish ..
Beautiful beach, so much quieter and cleaner than Kata Beach. Great snorkeling at the southern end and also bar selling reasonably priced drinks. Snorkeling gear for hire. 2 Sunbeds and an umbrella..
Great beach location just 30 minutes from Phuket Old Town. We used Grab to gte there. Lots of street food shops arround. Yes!
