Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC) is a premier office complex located in the central business district of Singapore, at Marina Boulevard and Central Boulevard at Marina Bay. Completed between 2010 and 2013, MBFC spans approximately 3.55 hectares and was designed to ensure Singapore’s position as a major financial center in Asia. Comprising three office towers, two residential towers, and retail spaces at Marina Bay Link Mall, it is a symbol of innovation and progress in Singapore's skyline. The office towers house multiple global financial companies and professional services firms. Tower 1 and 2 stand at 33 storeys high, while Tower 3 reaches 46 storeys, making it a prominent feature of the area.
