By Bus or Train

An economical way to reach Ubon Ratchathani is by bus or train from Bangkok. The journey by bus takes about 8-10 hours and trains can take approximately 9-12 hours, depending on the service chosen. Buses depart from Bangkok's Eastern Bus Terminal (Ekkamai) and Mo Chit Northern Bus Terminal, while trains leave from Hua Lamphong Railway Station.

By Car
