Saurabh Van Vihar Tourism

Saurabh Van Vihar is named after the valiant Army officer, Captain Saurabh Kalia, and is located in the scenic town of Palampur in the Kangra Valley of Himachal Pradesh, India. Spread across 35 acres, this nature park is situated on the banks of the Neugal Khad in the foothills of the Dhauladhar ranges, providing a serene and picturesque environment for visitors. Established to promote ecotourism, the park is managed by the Himachal Pradesh Forest Department. It hosts a variety of attractions including picnic spots, water bodies for boating, a children's park, and walking trails amidst greenery. The park also offers visitors the chance to observe various species of plants and birds, making it an ideal location for nature enthusiasts and bird watchers.
