Dedicated to the Sufi Saint Abd-ur-Razak, popularly known as Sheikh Chehli, who was believed to be the spiritual teacher of the Mughal Prince Dara Shikoh, the monument is a beautiful example of Mughal architecture in North India. The tomb complex comprises the main tomb of Sheikh Chehli, a madrasa, and beautiful gardens surrounding it, showcasing the Charbagh style of Mughal garden design. The structure of the tomb resembles that of the Taj Mahal on a smaller scale and is built of buff sandstone with exquisite features such as intricate marble inlay work and lattice screens. The site has been maintained by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) and is a popular tourist destination known for its serene ambiance and historical significance. Visitors come from various parts of the country to witness the grandeur of this site and to pay homage to the Sufi saint.
