Sitapur Beach, located on Neil Island (now known as Shaheed Dweep) in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands of India, is an untouched natural paradise. Often referred to as the 'Sunrise Beach', it's situated at the tip of the island and is widely known for its breathtaking sunrises. The beach is characterized by its sparkling golden sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters. The tranquil environment, coupled with the lush green tropical forests surrounding the beach, provides a perfect retreat for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The unique formation of the beach with its natural vegetation and coral reefs makes it a favorite spot for a morning walk, swimming and experiencing the grandeur of dawn. Being slightly off the usual tourist trail, Sitapur Beach remains relatively less crowded, offering visitors an opportunity to enjoy its serenity and natural beauty in peace. The beach is also framed with magnificent limestone formations that have been shaped over the years by weathering and erosion. Good looking Beach
Seems to be good to visit during sunrise (~5 AM IST)! But we visited at around 10 AM. Was hot and had nothing much to do. A good couple of spots for clicking the pics.
