By Air

If you are traveling by air, the nearest airport to Matsumoto is the Shinshu Matsumoto Airport. From there, you can take a bus or taxi to the Matsumoto Bus Terminal or Matsumoto Station.

By Train

Matsumoto Station is the closest train station to Yohashira Shrine. Once you arrive at Matsumoto Station, it's a short walk to the shrine. Matsumoto is well connected by rail, including the JR Chuo Line from Tokyo and Nagoya.
