4 Nights 5 Days Darjeeling Tour Package Itinerary

Day 1: SILIGURI TO DARJEELING

Day 1 - Transfer from Siliguri to Darjeeling (80 km / 3 to 3 ½ hours) Meet and greet by our representative at the Railway Station, Bagdogra Airport or Bus Stand (Junction), proceed to your exciting journey to Darjeeling. Enjoy the view of the tea gardens bordering the road and refresh yourself with the aroma of tea all over

Day 2: DARJEELING

Day 2 - Local Sightseeing Darjeeling- Full Day Head to Tiger Hill at 4 am in the morning to witness a phenomenal view of the first rays of the sun hitting the peak of Mount Kanchandzonga, & Mount Everest. On your return, visit the famous Ghoom Monastery & the Batasia Loop. Post breakfast, visit The Himalayan Mountaineering Institute & Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (Thursdays closed), Tibetan Self- help Centre Or Refugee Centre (Sundays closed), Tenzing Rock, Japanese temple & Peace Pagoda. Have an outer view of the Tea Garden

Day 3: DARJEELING TO GANGTOK

Day 3 - Transfer from Darjeeling to Gangtok (98km /4 hrs/5410 feet) and Gangtok Half Day sightseeing You are transferred to Gangtok. Proceed for half day sightseeing to Banzakhri Falls, Flower show, Dro-dul Chorten, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre & Institute of Tibetology.

Day 4: GANGTOK

Day 4 - Sightseeing Gangtok- Tsongmo Lake and Baba Mandir Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and the Baba Mandir (New). The oval-shaped lake is nearly 50 ft deep. Brahmini ducks & lot of migratory birds find shelter at the Lake. Sacred Baba Mandir that is known as a very holy site will mesmerise you with the faith of localities. (If Tshangu Lake is closed, owing to Landslide or any other reasons then an alternate sightseeing will be provided). Nathu La Pass to the Southern part of Republic of China (another 20 km) is an optional tour at additional cost

Day 5: GANGTOK - SILIGURI

Day 5 - Transfer from Gangtok to Siliguri Check out from the hotel and proceed towards Siliguri.
