Ballavpur Wildlife Sanctuary Tourism

Ballavpur Wildlife Sanctuary, located near the university town of Shantiniketan in West Bengal, India, is a serene haven for nature lovers. Spanning approximately 200 hectares, this reserve is famously inhabited by the blackbuck and spotted deer. It was established near the Visva-Bharati University founded by Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore.
