From Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport (UPG)
- Take a taxi or rent a car directly to Bantimurung Waterfall. The distance is about 20 kilometers and the journey should take around 40-50 minutes depending on traffic.
- Alternatively, use a ride-sharing app such as Grab or Gojek for a convenient ride to the waterfall.
From Makassar City Center
- Public Transportation: You can take a Pettarani bus from the city center to Maros. From Maros, take a motorcycle taxi (ojek) or a public minivan (pete-pete) to Bantimurung Waterfall.
- Drive through the Sulawesi Trunk Road heading north to Maros and follow the signs to the waterfall. This trip is approximately 50 kilometers and can take around 1.5 hours.
From Tanjung Bira or Other Parts of South Sulawesi
