Getting There

By Car

Self-Drive: The most convenient way to get to Boh Tea Plantation is by car. You can rent a car and drive from Kuala Lumpur; the journey takes approximately 3 to 3.5 hours. Follow these steps:

1. Take the North-South Expressway (NSE) heading north.
2. Exit the expressway at Tapah and proceed through the scenic route up the Cameron Highlands.
3. Once you reach Ringlet, proceed to follow the signs leading to the BOH Sungei Palas Tea Centre.

By Bus

Several bus services operate from major cities to Cameron Highlands. Upon reaching Tanah Rata bus terminal, you can take a local taxi to the plantation.

Note: The last stretch to the tea plantation is quite narrow and winding. It is recommended to be cautious while driving, especially if you're not used to hillside roads.

You can also opt for a guided tour. Many tour operators offer day trips to the Cameron Highlands that include the Boh Tea Plantation.

Opening Hours and Best Time to Visit

The Boh Tea Plantation is open daily from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, except on Mondays. To avoid crowds, consider visiting early in the morning or on a weekday. The best time to visit is during the off-peak season, which is between February and April or between August and September.
