Chitralekha Udyan (Cole Park) Tourism

Chitralekha Udyan, also known as Cole Park, is a picturesque park located in the heart of Tezpur, Assam, India. It was established by a British Deputy Commissioner, Mr. Cole, and later renamed after a famous character, Chitralekha, from the ancient epic 'Agni Purana'. Chitralekha Udyan is home to two massive stone pillars, and sculpted remains of the Bamuni Hills which are a testimony to the architectural genius of ancient Assam.
