By Air:

Your first stop will be the Zvartnots International Airport (EVN) in Yerevan, which is the main international gateway for flights into Armenia.

By Road:

From Yerevan:

  • Private Car/Taxi: The most convenient mode of transportation. Dilijan is located about 95 km northeast of Yerevan, and the drive takes around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic conditions.
  • Minibuses (marshrutkas): They depart from the Central Bus Station in Yerevan. The journey can take about 2 to 2.5 hours.
  • Rental Car: Rent a car from the airport or in Yerevan for a more flexible journey.

From Tbilisi, Georgia:

  • If you're coming from Tbilisi, you can take a car, bus, or train to the border crossing at Sadakhlo/Bagratashen. From there, continue by car or bus to Dilijan.

Recommended Entry Points:

For a scenic route, enter the park via the Haghartsin or Gosh village entrances.

Local Transportation:

Within Dilijan, you can use taxis for local trips. The town is relatively small and can also be explored on foot to enjoy its rustic charm.
