Eachanari Vinayagar Temple is situated on the Pollachi National Highway Road about 12 km from the city of Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu, India. This temple is dedicated to the Hindu deity Lord Ganesha and is renowned for housing one of the largest statues of Lord Ganesha in South India. The statue stands at around 6 feet in height and is carved out of a single stone. The temple's history dates back to the 1500s when the idol was being transported from Madurai to Patteeswarar Temple in Perur, but the cart hauling the idol allegedly got stuck here, and the idol was established on the spot. The temple architecture is typical of the Dravidian style, with a tall gopuram adorning its entrance. Eachanari Temple is known for its vibrant celebrations during the Ganesha Chaturthi festival.
