The easiest way to get to ION Orchard is via the MRT. Take the North-South Line (Red) and alight at Orchard MRT Station (NS22). ION Orchard is directly linked to the station via basement four (B4).
Orchard Road is served by numerous bus routes. The following bus services halt in proximity to ION Orchard: 14, 14e, 16, 65, 106, 111, 123, 175, 502, 502A, and 518. Exit at the bus stop closest to Orchard Turn or Patterson Road.
There are several taxi stands around ION Orchard. The main stand is located on the Orchard Turn fronting the mall. You can also hail a cab from the many available taxi-booking applications in Singapore.
If you are arriving by car, enter the following address into your GPS: 2 Orchard Turn, Singapore 238801. There is ample parking in the multi-story car park, with entrances on Orchard Turn and Patterson Road.
If you are already in the Orchard Road district, ION Orchard is within walking distance from major shopping centres and hotels in the area. Just keep an eye out for its distinctive modern architecture.
For those riding bicycles, bike racks are available at ION Orchard. The B4 entrance has a direct passage from the bike parking area to the mall.
