Its a garden usually for a picnic or a stroll. The music fountain adds to some action here. a bit crowded on weekends

poorly maintained

Not even a proper ticket window / clerk was available - tickets were being sold at gate by one really old lady. The wall was broken at side so basically any one can enter the park - free of cost. ..
