Ko Phi Phi Le is one of the six islands in the Phi Phi archipelago in the Andaman Sea and does not have permanent inhabitants or facilities for dining as it is a national park. However, its sister island, Ko Phi Phi Don, which is the largest and the only inhabited island of the archipelago, offers a rich variety of Thai culinary traditions. Thai cuisine here, much like the rest of Thailand, blends elements from several Southeast Asian traditions, heavily influenced by Chinese, Malay, and even Indian cuisines. The emphasis is on lightly prepared dishes with strong aromatic components and a spicy edge. Being a coastal region, seafood is particularly prominent.
While Ko Phi Phi Le itself doesn't offer restaurants due to its protected status, visitors can enjoy the diverse flavors of Thai cuisine and island specialties on the neighboring Ko Phi Phi Don, a short boat ride away.
