How to Reach Lake Parz

Lake Parz is a small lake located in the Tavush Province of Armenia, within the Dilijan National Park area. To visit this picturesque destination, please follow the instructions below:

• By car: The easiest way to reach Lake Parz is by car. From Yerevan, take the M4 highway, followed by the H28, which will lead you directly to Dilijan. Once in Dilijan, follow the signs that lead to Lake Parz. The journey by car from Yerevan typically takes around 1.5 to 2 hours.
• By bus: There are buses and minibusses (marshrutkas) that go from Yerevan's Northern Bus Station to Dilijan. The ride usually takes about 2 hours. From Dilijan's city center, you can take a taxi to Lake Parz, which is approximately 13 kilometers away.
• Guided tours: Several travel agencies in Yerevan offer day trips or guided tours to Lake Parz. These tours often include transportation and a guide, providing a hassle-free way to enjoy the lake and surrounding areas.

Note: If you are driving, parking is available near the lake. Also, the last stretch of the road to Lake Parz can be narrow and winding, so drive with caution.
