People's Park Complex and People's Owner’s Park Centre are commercial and residential buildings in the heart of Chinatown, Singapore. It was completed in 1973, pioneering the concept of a mixed-use development in Singapore and featuring distinctive geometric façades. Below the residential units, the complex hosts a vibrant retail space known for affordable electronic goods, fashion items, and a variety of food stalls showcasing diverse Asian cuisines. Both structures symbolize the cultural and historic essence of the surrounding Chinatown district and stand as hubs of bustling activity, catering to both locals and tourists. These landmarks are easily accessible via the Chinatown MRT station and sit amidst a region known for its cultural significance, traditional shophouses, temples, and street markets.
