Solomon's Temple, located in the heart of Aizawl, the capital city of Mizoram, is a relatively new religious monument but has swiftly become a significant tourist attraction. The construction of the temple was initiated by Kohhran Thianghlim, which is also known as 'The Holy Church'. The founder of Kohhran Thianghlim, Dr. L.B. Sailo, claimed to have received a divine revelation to build a temple resembling the biblical Solomon’s temple. After years of planning and fundraising, the construction of the temple began in 1996 and was completed in December 2017.
