How to Reach Tiger Hill (Huqiu)

Tiger Hill, known as Huqiu in Chinese, is one of the most famous tourist attractions in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China. It is renowned for its natural beauty and historical significance.

By Air

The nearest airport to Tiger Hill is the Sunan Shuofang International Airport (WUX) located in Wuxi. From there, you can take a taxi or a bus to Suzhou Railway Station. The ride takes approximately 40 minutes to an hour.

By Train

Suzhou is well-connected by train to major cities such as Shanghai, Beijing, and Nanjing. Once you arrive at the Suzhou Railway Station, you can take a taxi or public bus to Tiger Hill.

By Bus

Tiger Hill is accessible via numerous public buses. You can take buses 32, 146, 949 or the tourism bus No. 1 to reach the hill directly.

By Metro

Although there is no direct metro line to Tiger Hill, visitors can take Line 4 to the Leqiao Station and then transfer to a bus or taxi to reach the destination.

Best Time to Visit

The best time to visit Tiger Hill is during the spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) when the weather is pleasant and the scenery is at its finest.
