Ama Dablam is a stunning mountain in the Himalaya range of eastern Nepal. The mountain stands at 6,812 meters (22,349 feet) above sea level and is located within the Sagarmatha National Park, home to several other prominent peaks, including Mount Everest. Ama Dablam means 'Mother's Necklace' in Nepali, as its ridges on each side like the arms of a mother (ama) protecting her child, and the hanging glacier thought to resemble a dablam, which is a traditional double-pendant containing pictures of gods, worn by Sherpa women. This distinct peak is renowned for its incredible beauty, with its sharp, pointed summit and dramatic ridges. For climbers, Ama Dablam presents a formidable challenge with exposed rock, snow, and ice climbing that requires technical proficiency and acclimatization to high altitudes. Its popular southwest ridge route is comparatively safer, however it still requires great skill. Trekking in the area offers breathtaking panoramic views, the experience of Sherpa culture, and a close-up view of the sheer beauty of Himalayan geography. The base camp for Ama Dablam lies at an altitude of approximately 4,570 meters (15,000 feet).

Ama Dablam is, without a doubt, one of the most stunning mountains in the world.
This is the third most popular mountain, which is permitted for the expedition in Nepal. So, climb this gorgeous mountain not to plant your flag, but to embrace the challenge, enjoy the air and behold..
