Hebbe Falls is a picturesque waterfall located near Kemmanagundi in Karnataka, India. This waterfall is about 10 km away from the famous hill station and is nestled in the dense forests of the Western Ghats. The water cascades down from a height of about 551 feet in two stages to form the Chikka Hebbe (small falls) and the Dodda Hebbe (big falls). Surrounded by an enchanting environment of lush greenery, coffee plantations, and rich flora and fauna, the waterfall is a treat for nature lovers and trekkers alike. The journey to Hebbe Falls itself is exhilarating, involving a hike or a jeep ride through the winding paths of the Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary. It is advisable to take a local guide or a jeep operated by the forest department to reach the waterfall due to the rough terrain.
