Best Time To Visit Long Dalam Bay (Phi Phi Islands) In 2026 - 2027

Best Time to Visit Long Dalum Bay, Phi Phi Islands, Thailand

The ideal time to visit Long Dalum Bay on the Phi Phi Islands is during the dry season, which spans from November to April. During these months, you can expect minimal rainfall, clear skies, and calm seas, making it the perfect weather for beach activities, swimming, and boat tours. The average temperature around this time typically ranges from 23°C to 30°C (73°F to 86°F), offering warm, tropical weather that is comfortable for exploring the islands' natural beauty. The peak tourist season is between December and March, so while the weather conditions are at their best, expect the area to be more crowded, with higher prices for accommodations and activities.

Alternatively, if you prefer to avoid the crowds and are looking for better deals on resorts and excursions, consider visiting at the beginning or end of the peak season, such as late April or early November. However, keep in mind that as April progresses, temperatures tend to rise, sometimes reaching up to 35°C (95°F). The onset of the monsoon season begins in May and lasts until October, bringing heavier rainfall and rougher sea conditions, which may disrupt travel plans and water-based activities. While the lush greenery is at its most vibrant during the monsoon, for the optimal balance of good weather, fewer crowds, and cost-effective travel, the shoulder months offer a promising choice.
