The Marble Mountains are a cluster of five hills made from limestone and marble in Da Nang, Vietnam. They're named after the five elements: Metal (Kim Son), Water (Thuy Son), Wood (Moc Son), Fire (Hoa Son), and Earth (Tho Son). Among them, Thuy Son, the 'Water Mountain,' is the largest and most famous, featuring various caves, tunnels, and Buddhist sanctuaries, some of which date back to the 17th century. Visitors can explore the natural beauty of the caves and enjoy breathtaking views from the top. The region is also known for stone sculpture making and stone-cutting crafts. Traditional villages nearby are involved in marble sculpture work, with skilled artisans creating works ranging from small souvenirs to massive statues which are shipped across Vietnam and beyond. The site's historical and cultural significance, combined with its natural beauty, makes it a popular destination for both domestic and international tourists.

Get views and a workout.
Good views but you have to work to get them. Plenty of stairs and uneven smooth marble rocks to climb over on some tracks, would be really dangerous if wet. Wear good footwear! Interesting place, but ..
